Jayne Bryant MS is the Member of the Senedd for Newport West and has built a strong reputation as a passionate advocate for communities across Wales.
Throughout her political career, she has championed social justice, equality, health, housing, and the protection of vulnerable people, working tirelessly to improve opportunities and outcomes for those most in need.
Before entering the Senedd, Jayne gained extensive experience working within the voluntary and public sectors, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by charities, community organisations, and the people they support. Her collaborative approach and commitment to partnership working have enabled her to build strong relationships across Wales.
As an Ambassador for Hedgehog Helpline, Jayne is proud to support the charity’s mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and conserve one of Britain’s most iconic native mammals. She recognises the vital role that volunteers play in protecting wildlife and is passionate about raising awareness of the environmental challenges facing hedgehogs, while encouraging communities to take positive action to help reverse their decline.
